Terms & Conditions

Last updated 8/1/2026.

These Terms govern your use of the website operated by Thrum and Hearth (trading as “Thrum & Hearth”), accessible at https://thrumandhearth.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About us

The Service is provided by Thrum and Hearth. Contact: hello@thrumandhearth.com.

2. Payments and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

3. What you may do

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service and to download and use digital products you have purchased, for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share files purchased from us.

4. What you may not do

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to commit fraud;
  • Infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property rights;
  • Attempt to interfere with, probe, scrape, or compromise the security of the Service;
  • Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including text, design, code, images, and downloadable digital products — is owned by Thrum and Hearth or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or suspend any part of the Service at any time.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
